1) Based in San Francisco Bay Area, California
2) Has minimum 5 positive reviews on ShareGrid or any other online rental platform
3) Has minimum 1 positive review with us on ShareGrid or any other online rental platform
4) Has qualified third-party insurance coverage
5) Needs to pay deposit* equivalent to the value of the rented item(s) 

*Deposit Exemption: Use ShareGrid to rent some of the items whose combined value is greater than 65% of the total value of all the rented items.
