1) Pick up and drop off times are flexible. Location is Emeryville, CA.
2) Discount is available for renting multiple items or for multiple days.
3) For urgent messages, please call or text us for quicker response.
4) For questions about the equipment, please inform us sooner in order to address before or during pick-up.
5) To minimize dispute, renter will inspect and record the condition of the rented equipment during pick-up, so will we during drop-off. 
6) Same-day cancellation is subject to 50% of the daily rental fee.
7) Late return past 11:59 p.m. is subject to additional 50% of the daily rental fee for every additional 12-hour delay. Partially unreturned items are permitted 24-hour delay.
